The Company has a special confidential channel – Hotline – through which an employee or a third party may inform about facts of various violations associated with the activities of the Company, including professional activity, corporate governance and corporate ethics, human rights, labour regulations, social aspects, industrial and environmental safety, labor protection, quality of products and services, other issues, including corruption. All applications are accepted by an independent operator.
In 2017, 790 applications of various nature were received and processed. Appropriate measures were taken, including introduction of new standards and regulations aimed at reducing the risks of violations in production and economic activities, as well as at improving labor discipline and responsibility of employees. Additional control measures were taken to prevent previously detected violations in the future.
